Aims & Scope

IJMAP is committed to publishing high-quality, empirical and theoretical research at the intersection of management and psychology. Topics include organizational behaviour, leadership dynamics, human resource management, cognitive and social psychology in professional contexts, workplace well-being, decision-making, and cross-cultural management studies.

The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies, literature reviews, and evidence-based conceptual papers that contribute meaningfully to both academic discourse and applied practice.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential throughout the evaluation to ensure objective, unbiased scholarly assessment.

Open Access

IJMAP is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to researchers, educators, students, and practitioners across the globe β€” with no subscription fees, no paywalls, and no embargo periods.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited.

IJMAP strictly follows the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All editors, reviewers, and authors are expected to adhere to the highest standards of research integrity, including proper attribution, data transparency, and conflict-of-interest disclosure. Submission Guidelines

Please read all guidelines carefully before preparing your manuscript for submission to IJMAP.

Manuscript Preparation

Language

Manuscripts must be submitted in English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their paper professionally proofread before submission.

Word Count

Research articles: 5,000–8,000 words (excluding references and abstract). Review articles: up to 10,000 words. Short communications: 2,000–3,500 words.

Citation Style

All manuscripts must follow the APA 7th Edition format for in-text citations, references, tables, figures, and all other formatting.

Abstract & Keywords

Structured abstract of 150–250 words covering: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Include 4–6 keywords reflecting the study's content.

File Format

Submit manuscripts as a .docx (Microsoft Word) file. All figures and tables must be embedded within the document. Figures must be a minimum of 300 DPI resolution.

Anonymisation

Manuscripts must be fully anonymised for peer review. Remove all author-identifying information including acknowledgements, institutional affiliations, and self-citations that could reveal identity.

Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts must be original and unpublished. A similarity index of no more than 15% (excluding references and quotations) is acceptable. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

Ethics Statement

Studies involving human participants must include an ethics approval statement, consent procedures, and the name of the approving institutional review board (IRB/Ethics Committee).
