Topics include organizational behaviour, leadership dynamics, human resource management, cognitive and social psychology in professional contexts, workplace well-being, decision-making, and cross-cultural management studies.
The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies, literature reviews, and evidence-based conceptual papers that contribute meaningfully to both academic discourse and applied practice.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The identities of both reviewers and authors are kept confidential throughout the evaluation to ensure objective, unbiased scholarly assessment.
IJMAP is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to researchers, educators, students, and practitioners across the globe β with no subscription fees, no paywalls, and no embargo periods.

IJMAP strictly follows the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
